Graham Harvey is an award-winning Professional Speaker, Business Coach, Service Designer, and the bestselling author of Seducing the Vigilanté Customer – 101 winning strategies to attract and retain happy customers and healthy profits.
Recognised as one of Australia’s thought leaders on Service Design, Service Leadership, Customer Experience, and Relationship Marketing, Graham holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) majoring in Tourism Management from Curtin University, Western Australia; is a previous winner of the Western Australian Professional Speaker of the Year Award; is a Certified Professional Speaker (CSP) with Global Speakers Federation (GSF); is a past President of Regional Chambers of Commerce WA; past WA State President of Professional Speakers Australia (PSA); and in 2018, received the Nevin Award, PSA’s highest honour for speaking excellence and service to the speaking industry, and was inducted into the Professional Speakers Australia’s Hall of Fame. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM).
Commencing his Business Consultancy in 1986, Graham has continued to consult with a multitude of small and large companies, organisations, and institutions across Australia, New Zealand, and throughout the Asia Pacific region, helping them grow their respective businesses by achieving greater clarity of future, building high trust cultures of service excellence, and designing and delivering innovative customer experience and relationship marketing strategies.
