Optus is pleased to announce the activation of our 5G network across eight key sites in Busselton, including areas such as Yalyalup, Capel East, Port Geographe, Ambergate East, and Busselton. This milestone positions Busselton as one of the first regional areas in Australia to benefit from this cutting-edge technology, providing faster data speeds and enhanced mobile coverage for both residents and businesses. The rollout will continue, further improving connectivity throughout the region in the months ahead.

We are also proud to have supported local events such as the recent “Geo Bay Swim” and partnered with Building Busselton to host free photobooth and kids’ activities at the “Christmas in Mitchel Park” event and will be involved in the upcoming ‘Jetty Swim’ in February with more in the works. These initiatives reflect our ongoing commitment to the Busselton community and our desire to contribute to its growth.
