With 25 years of hands-on experience in the retail industry, I’ve spent my career building and scaling my own businesses, both retail and wholesale, as well as working with and heading up national retail franchises. This background has given me a deep understanding of the retail industry, and small businesses in general, so I know what it takes to succeed and am equipped to help others navigate their own business challenges.
I love the strategic challenge of small business – planning a change, putting it into action, assessing the results, and then making the next calculated move. For me, it’s a bit like a chess match, and I’m dedicated to helping other small business owners make the right moves so that they can have lasting success in the fast moving and competitive environment that we’re seeing in the south-west but also enjoy being in business as much as I do.
Within the region of Busselton and the greater south-west, I offer both in-person and remote business consulting and coaching but more importantly, I’m able to provide a high level mystery shop service called a Strategic Mystery Shop. This is not your average visit, but a high level visit where I strategically evaluate both your store and your team as a seasoned retail expert, but through the eyes of your customer. The audit report provided at the end will give you insight into not just your team’s customer service but also the journey of your customer as they move around the store.
