With over 20 years’ experience in the community services sector, including 12 years in executive management, she combines frontline insight with executive leadership to support leaders, teams, and organisations to thrive.

Kate has managed teams of 250+, overseen budgets exceeding $20 million, and led audits, investigations, and change projects with empathy, honesty, and a focus on results. She is passionate about developing confident leaders, strong teams, and healthy cultures, while championing vulnerable communities, including people with disability and those experiencing family and domestic violence.

Known for her pragmatic, authentic, and direct approach, Kate balances warmth and humour with honesty, helping leaders move from uncertainty to clarity and action. Her qualifications include an MBA, Graduate Certificate and Diploma in Management, Certificate IV in Government Investigations, and she is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
