He works hands-on through every phase of a project, from planning to delivery, with a focus on clear processes, reliable outcomes and long-term value.

With more than 30 years’ experience managing complex projects across Western Australia, Keiran brings a practical, detail-oriented approach shaped by real-world conditions. His background includes work across private industry, government and regional development, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver successful projects in complex environments.

Alongside his role at Cogplex, Kieran is also Managing Director of Sandcastle Creative Agency, where he provides strategic oversight to creative projects, ensuring they are supported by strong planning and disciplined delivery.
