Ma Collective is led by co-founder Kate McBride, a trusted advisor with over 20 years in the human services sector, including 12 years in executive leadership. Kate brings deep operational insight, frontline understanding, and a pragmatic, people-first approach to every project, from audits and investigations to leadership coaching and interim executive support.
We work across Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River and surrounds, with online support available state-wide.
