TeamsWork have been part of the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme since 2010 and have grown from 40 PALM workers to now over 350 workers supporting viticulture, agriculture, siviculture & hospitality businesses
We have been working in hospitality for over 4 years, providing over 60 experienced & skilled hospitality workers to high-end resorts in the south west of Western Australia. This includes a range of positions from front-of-house, F&B, housekeeping, cooks, maintenance, porters and spa therapists. We are the only Approved Employer that is able to employ Spa Therapists as part of the PALM Program.

For us that means allowing our employees, who are the heartbeat of our business, to achieve their goals; whether they live down the road, have come from a small village on a Pacific Island or is a young adventurer exploring the world from a backpack.
It means supporting our clients, by assisting them to reach their full potential, whether they are in viticulture, horticulture or hospitality.
And finally it means supporting local regional communities where we operate as well as the families and communities of our PALM Team in their home countries.
